We currently have 2 mouse light-dark boxes available which can either be used in our facility or rented out for use within your own space. The boxes are 12 inches tall, 10 inches wide, the light portion is 12 inches deep and the dark portion is 6 inches deep. The doorway between them is 2X2 inches and covered by a sliding door attached to a string with a nut that secures to the top of the cover of the dark potion. The light portion doesn’t have a cover.

Additional equipment needed to perform the task is a camera mounted above the boxes. Video can either be hand scored or analyzed by TopScan (video must be in MPEG format) for time spent in each area and number of entries.
